Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the eDokani mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. eDokani is owned and operated by Stax Node (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Description of Service
eDokani is a business management tool designed for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The App provides features including, but not limited to, sales tracking, due (credit) entry, inventory management, accounting ledgers, mobile recharge processing, and SMS marketing capabilities.
Account Registration and Security
- You must register for an account to use the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Acceptable Use and Responsibilities
You agree to use eDokani only for lawful business purposes. You explicitly agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the App.
- SMS Marketing Compliance: When using the SMS marketing feature, you guarantee that you have obtained explicit consent from your customers to send them promotional messages. You are solely responsible for complying with all local spam and telemarketing laws. Stax Node reserves the right to suspend your SMS privileges if we receive spam complaints.
Financial Data and Mobile Recharge Disclaimer
- Accounting and Ledgers: eDokani provides tools to help you manage your business, but we do not provide professional financial, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all sales, dues, and inventory entries. Stax Node is not liable for any financial losses, accounting errors, or tax discrepancies resulting from your use of the App.
- Mobile Recharge: The mobile recharge feature relies on third-party telecom operators and payment gateways. We do not guarantee the immediate delivery or constant availability of this service. Stax Node is not liable for delayed, failed, or reversed mobile recharge transactions caused by third-party network issues.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the App are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. “eDokani” and “Stax Node” are our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your internal business operations.
User Data
You retain all ownership rights to the customer and financial data you input into the App. By using the App, you grant Stax Node a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, and process this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App’s services to you, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Fees and Payments
Currently, eDokani may offer certain features for free. However, Stax Node reserves the right to introduce subscription fees, transaction fees (such as for SMS credits or mobile recharges), or premium features in the future. We will provide reasonable notice before any new charges apply to your account.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. STAX NODE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAX NODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
